The brains behind the whole operation here at the La(z)y Intellectual. A veritable Renaissance man, Darius currently handles the reviews, the news, the interviews, and the editing (and yes, you can blame him for the art too). A History and Religion Major, he brings to his writings a depth of research and knowledge that only comes from long hours spent in countless archives and libraries. This expertise is supplemented by a concise and readable writing style honed during his time as a Master’s Student. His background is in Islamic Studies and has since expanded to include Middle Eastern and North American politics, Sexuality, and Social Media. He is proficient in Arabic and is currently learning French.
As the lead writer for the La(z)y Intellectual he hopes to share his love of knowledge, encourage free thought, and challenge the status quo.
